QUALIFYING TECHNICAL OFFICIALS

It is a requirement that should “Old Umpires” wish to upgrade or officiate above club level, they must qualify according to the current four tier qualifying standards.

The laws of our sport have changed over the years and in order to align ourselves internationally, the current Level 1 Technical Officials Course needs to become the adopted entry level for officials. Districts are requested to support this requirement and to instruct their respective Standing Committee’s and Club structures.
