•	The host Clubs as above are required to provide markers and umpires for the games scheduled.
•	Each Club is to provide morning tea and lunch should it be required – request the players to place orders before they start. 
•	The closed-up draw will be applied by the Tournament Official appointed. 
•	Clubs will be compensated for teas and lunches.
