BOWLS SA – NO SMOKING RULE22 September 2008 TO: ALL DISTRICT SECRETARIES CIRCULAR 66/2008 BOWLS SA – NO SMOKING RULE It is confirmed that at the recent Executive meeting a decision was taken that no smoking will be allowed during play at the following Bowls SA tournaments.
It has been noted that players are leaving the green and smoking on the banks. This is no longer acceptable and smoking is now banned entirely during play. Kindly pass this message onto all players within your District. John Ravenscroft Operations Manager
